Shawn "Micro" Clarke enlisted in the Army on his eighteenth birthday and was deployed to Afghanistan after basic. He was always mechanically minded and enjoyed fixing things. he rose to the rank of Sergeant as a mechanic before taking a leave of absence to take care of his mother when she was diagnosed with cancer. As the medical bills piled up, he needed to find a new line of work to support his family. Jack Bonney recruited Clarke to the Black Tusk and Clarke set aside his ethics to ensure his survival.
History[]
Micro enlisted in the Army as a mechanic when he was 18 and got deployed to Afghanistan. He rose to the rank of Sergeant, though he took a leave of absence to take care of his mother when she got diagnosed with cancer. With medical bills piled up, he needed a new line of work, so Jack Bonney recruited him to the Black Tusk. As per his background, Micro was charged with maintaining and retrofitting Black Tusk's combat infrastructure like drones.
During Vikram Malik's first custody with the PMC, Micro demanded him for more batteries. Despite Vik's suggestion to charge the batteries through a solar relay, local grid, or a wind turbine, Micro refused as that takes time. So, he had Malik charge his dead batteries while he vents his frustrations by assaulting a small civilian community.
Micro contacted Natalya Sokolova regarding his concerns about Vik, though Sokolova suggested to let Vik ago and have Micro decide his fate. Later on, he meets with Vik and was having a dileema whether to kill him or let him go. Eventually, Micro lets Vik go, hoping that wild animals, starvation, or his enemies would kill him.
Micro was put as one of General Anderson's Lieutenants to ensure rebuilding the alliance between True Sons and Black Tusk. After the Division scouted through Federal Triangle, Micro was located at Viewpoint Museum. Despite the equipment he had, the agents put him down.
Abilities[]
In-game, Micro is a unique Black Tusk Controller equipped with an ACS-12 Shotgun, M45A1 pistol, BTSU Medical Drones and White Phosphorus Grenades.
- Despite never using it in-game, in the in-game manhunt briefing cutscene, Micro is seen armed with a Vector SBR .45 ACP instead of his ACS-12.
- Additionally, in the CGI trailer for Season 10, he uses the Vector SBR 9mm variant instead.
