After the attack on the Castle Settlement, Division agents are sent to neutralize the True Sons encampment at Jefferson Plaza, the very one who launched the attack
Due to ISAC and the SHD Network being down, The Division needs to establish a connection with their satellites. The Space Administration HQ provides a perfect place for this, as they have advanced communications equipment for just this purpose.
