Stranded Tanker is a main mission in Tom Clancy's The Division 2's Warlords of New York. It is the final mission in the Vivian Conley Investigation, and is located in the Two Bridges zone of Lower Manhattan. This mission takes Division Agents into the Cleaners' oil refinery and base of operations, a stranded oil tanker.

Storm the Cleaners' oil refinery near a stranded oil tanker close to Manhattan Bridge and take down the rogue agent: Vivian Conley.
Mission Briefing[]
- Agent Kelso: Thanks to the intel you found at the shelter, we know that Conley operates from the stranded oil tanker, next to the Manhattan Bridge. The Cleaners have been refining oil there for some time now, presumably under Conley's supervision.
- Roy Benitez: Additional intel suggests a weak spot in their perimeter around the complex by a gate to the west.
- Paul Rhodes: Sounds like you're now equipped to go kick her ass, Agent.
Objectives[]
- Find Vivian Conley
- Infiltrate the Cleaners' refinery compound
- Agent Kelso: Time to take down Vivian Conley and hopefully get us one step closer to finding that son of a bitch Keener. We know that patrols of Cleaners regularly head out through the west gate of their oil refinery. Let's exploit that opportunity to infiltrate their complex.
- Paul Rhodes: A lot of Peacekeepers are dead because Keener's been using Conley. Find her and make it count.
- Faye Lau: Good luck, Agent.
- Vivian Conley: Division has infiltrated our complex. Could be a contamination risk. We con't let anything disrupt our operation. Oil is the fuel of our organization and our cause.
- Find Vivian Conley inside the compound.
- Secure the area
- Paul Rhodes: Sound like Conley's really invested in this oil business.
- Agent Kelso: I guess now you know which buttons to push. Agent, let's wreck their compound.
- Vivian Conley: Reinforcements are coming. Protect our assets.
- ISAC: Hostiles detected nearby.
- Agent Kelso: Look like the reinforcement are coming from the Cleaner's underground tunnel system.
- Find a way to block tunnel access
- Agent Kelso: Find a way to block off access to the tunnels, or this place will be swarming with Cleaners in no time. It'll also keep Conley from using the tunnel as an escape route.
- Find Vivian Conley inside the compound.
- Paul Rhodes: I suggest you sabotage whatever part of the Cleaners' oil production you come across, might piss Conley off and get her out of whatever hole she's hiding in.
- Agent Kelso: Rhodes, I like the way you think.
- Paul Rhodes: You're growing on me too, Kelso.
- Vivian Conley: The Division's progressing inside the complex. They are approaching the sandbank. Defend the Oil. Too many depend on us to succeed. Don't fail them!
- Find more to sabotage inside the compound
- Agent Kelso: Agent, I've deployed a surveillance drone to the area. I'll let you if I spot Conley.
- Cleaner: Shit. Fucking oil gas. Somebody's gotta fix those cooling pumps.
- Destroy cooling pumps
- ISAC: Cooling pumps detected.
- Paul Rhodes: Whatever they're cooling probably can't handle too much heat. Do whatever you can do to disable those, Agent Trust me, It'll be fun.
- Paul Rhodes: Looks like there are some more cooling pumps. You know what to do.
- ISAC: Cooling pump system compromised.
- Paul Rhodes: See? I told you it'd be fun.
- Agent Kelso: Let's see what you can mess with that'll piss her off.
- Find more to sabotage inside the compound
- Vivian Conley: The Division's roaming inside our complex, disrupting our production and endangering our precious resource. The is Joe Ferro's legacy. Don't let the Division spoil it! Defend the refinery with your life!
- Get to the oil refinery

- ISAC: Cooling pumps detected.
- Paul Rhodes: Sounds like another great and golden opportunity to me, Agent.
- ISAC: Oil refinery system comprised.
- Paul Rhodes: That's sweet music to my ears.
- Destroy the oil refinery
- ISAC: Oil refinery inoperative.
- Paul Rhodes: Conley's not going to like that one bit. Good.
- Neutralize Ashford
- Agent Kelso: Watch out! That refinery is falling apart, and the pieces will have to land somewhere. Avoid the impact areas!
- Reach the tanker
- Agent Kelso: Just caught sight of Conley on the taker. She moved through the rift in the middle. Keep up. You right on her tail!
- Faye Lau: Conley will have plenty of time to pick her vantage point. Don't let her get the drop on you.
- Locate Vivian Conley in the tanker
- Vivian Conley: If the Division's get beyond this point, they'll seriously compromise our progress and set us back months. We can repair the damage, but the threat must be eliminated here and now! Our work is too important! The city dependent on us.
- Agent Kelso: Sounds to me like you're getting warmer, Agent. Keep at it.
- Vivian Conley: Like the Green Poison, the Division's resilient, operating without reflection, just doing what it's programmed to... Pathetic... But, we're experts with fire, and with fire we'll eradicate the Division, just like we'll eradicate and finish the job Joe Ferro started.
- Agent Kelso: The Cleaners really did a number on her, Jesus...
- Turn off the gas supply
- ISAC: Gas Valve detected
- Secure the area
- Locate Vivian Conley at the upper deck
- Agent Kelso: I've got a visual on Conley again. She's moved to the last. Look likes she's preparing for her last stand.
- Paul Rhodes: Typical extremist. Doubling down on her own insanity.
- Paul Rhodes: Say what you want about the Cleaners - and believe me. I do - but there're crafty S-O-Bs. See if they've got a way for you to reach the upper decks.
- Use the makeshift bridge.
- Secure the area
- Vivian Conley: Here you are; like a moth to a flame.
- Agent Kelso: Kick her ass, Agent
- ISAC: Unknown network detected.
- Agent Kelso: Sounds like you're on the right track.
- Locate Vivian Conley in the tanker
- Agent Kelso: Conley's in the control room. Get ready, Agent. It's time to end this.
- Secure the area
- Vivian Conley: For the longest time, I didn't understand why the Division wouldn't recognize our work. What we're trying to do. I guess the only thing the Division understand is that they're about to lose another agent.
- Disable the" fire tower" crane
- Agent Kelso: Rhodes! That... fire tower there. Anything we can do about it?
- Paul Rhodes: There's gotta be a power source on it somewhere. Destroy that usually does the trick.
- Vivian Conley: You and I, we're almost the same. Like the Division, all our work is about providing the right condition for life to proper. But your ignorance is obscuring your ability to realize this. As long as you live, you'll be in our way.
- Paul Rhodes: There you go. easy-peasy. Power source knocked out. Tower disabled.
- Vivian Conley: You really have no idea what you are doing. The cause you are compromising right now.
- Agent Kelso: That's bad guy code for "you're doing really great". Keep at it.
- Secure the area
- Reroute gas flow to Vivian Conley's position
- ISAC: Gas valves detected.
- Paul Rhodes: Time to improvise. See if you can do anything with those valves.
- ISAC: Oil gas pressure redirected.
- Force Vivian Conley out of safety
- Defeat Vivian Conley
- Agent Kelso: You flushed her out, agent. Now take her down!
- Vivian Conley: You really think you can take me?.
- Vivian Conley: You're fighting for a lost cause.
