Tabula Rasa is a High-End Light Machine Gun in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
It is a Named variant of the Military L86 LSW, featuring the Talent Perfect Steady Handed and unique Solid - Red Skin.
This weapon can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Light Machine Guns as targeted loot. It has an increased drop chance from the Main Mission Coney Island Ballpark.
Replicas of this weapon can be crafted using its 
Blueprint, which can only be obtained from Reconstructed Caches purchased with 
NSA Tech from NSA Stations.
Usage[]
Given that the L86 LSW is already one of the best-handling Light Machine Guns, a variant like Tabula Rasa can’t help but feel like gilding the lily. Perfect Steady Handed’s effects on recoil and reticle bloom are appreciable when firing at distant targets, but that added precision runs up against the L86’s short 30-meter optimal range, blunting any extra hits to the point of wasting ammo.
This makes Optimal Range a must-have Attribute for this weapon, ensuring its rounds maintain their power over longer distances - not just their accuracy. It also makes Tabula Rasa one of few Light Machine Guns able to comfortably mount a scope, scoring kills at ranges typically reserved for semi-automatic Rifles.
