Requirement: Tech Wing Upgrade - Division Tech.

Trivia

• Signature skills are powerful tools to change the momentum of combat. Use them wisely, as they take a long time to recharge after use.
• Tactical Link is very effective with a Striker's Battlegear build with Commanding and Determined talents on a high RPM Weapon like Lightweight M4. Also player talents like Tech Support can increase skill duration.
