The Tactical Operations Center (Tac-Op Center) is an area added to the Terminal area as of Patch 1.3. It serves as the start point of Underground operations. It also houses the Underground Vendor, which holds the blueprints of weapons released in Update 1.3., along with equipment blueprints for gear sets.
In the Center, players can find a few points of interest, such as:
- The Operation planning board, used in the planning and executing of Underground Operations.
- The Underground Vendor, which sells blueprints and gear of Update 1.3. release items (such as the Surplus SVD or the PP-19 SMG).
- The train which allows the player to access the planned operations.
- An elevator to bring the player back to the Terminal area in the Base of Operations.
