Tadeu "Doctor" Almeida is the named boss in Camp White Oak.
He was a Black Tusk Tank, who was ordered by Ellis Galveston to delay Division agents from capturing and apprehending President Ellis. Despite heavy resistance, he was eventually killed by Division agents.
