The Devil's Heel is an Exotic Weapon Gear Set that was added into Tom Clancy's The Division as of Update 1.8. It is comprised of two weapons, both of them semi-automatic marksman rifles:
Each Exotic weapon is capable of being used independently, but the two-piece set bonus the weapons share only activates if both rifles are equipped at the same time, similar to any other armor Gear Set.
Weapon Talents: Fire and Fury
To understand the set bonus of The Devil's Heel first requires knowing the exclusive Exotic talent each gun possesses, as the set bonus directly involves these talents.
Devil's exclusive talent is Fire:

Headshot increases stability by 30% for 15 seconds.
Bodyshot increases headshot damage by 30% for 15 seconds.
Heel's exclusive talent is Fury:

Set Bonus: The Devil's Heel

- Bonuses from Fire and Fury are no longer lost when swapping between Devil and Heel.
- Weapon swap speed is increased by 50%.
