The Railsplitter is a High-End Assault Rifle in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
It is a Named variant of the CTAR-21, featuring the Talent Perfectly Accurate and unique Solid - Walnut Skin. It was added to the game in Title Update 6.
This weapon can only be extracted from Dark Zones, purchased from Dark Zone Vendors using 
DZ Resources, purchased from the Countdown Requisitions Station using 
Countdown Requisition Tokens, or obtained from Conflict/Legacy/Named Item Caches.
Replicas of this weapon can be crafted using its 
Blueprint, which can only be obtained from Reconstructed Caches purchased with 
NSA Tech from NSA Stations.

- This item’s name is a reference to the 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln, who was nicknamed the “Rail Splitter” during his 1860 presidential campaign.
- The nickname “Railsplitters” was later adopted by the 84th Training Command of the United States Army, in which Lincoln served during the Black Hawk War in 1832.
