The Swarm is a bounty found in Tom Clancy's The Division 2. This is an Outcasts bounty with a named Sniper as the boss. This sniper (named The Apostle) is unique because they have Riot Foam Grenades and are able to fire arrows in quick succession. The bounty is found in the Judiciary Square zone and is part of the Huntsman Investigation.
