Division agents are sent to Tidal Basin to prevent Natalya Sokolova, who have gathered leaders of prominent hostile factions consisting of True Sons, Hyenas, and Outcasts, from establishing an alliance to decimate the Division.

Natalya Sokolova has brought together the leadership of all the prominent factions opposed to the Division: True Sons, Hyenas, and Outcasts, with herself representing Black Tusk. Her goal is an alliance against us - a goal we need to prevent, no matter the cost.

- Amusingly, there's a Black Tusk soldier stuck inside a Portable Toilet, with her M870 Shotgun left outside. When she hears footsteps, she tells Alex (probably a fellow Black Tusk soldier), to stop with the pranking and let her out. This is a reference to the voice-line, "They got Alex!", which was often used by the Rioters in Tom Clancy's The Division, which became a meme within the community.
- Additionally, she can be killed by shooting at the Portable Toilet she's stuck in.
