The Tommy Gun, M1928, and the Named variant Grown Great can be obtained from enemies, vendors, weapon chests, Sealed Caches, and any area/mission with Submachine Guns as targeted loot.
The Named variant The Sleigher can only be obtained from Ambusher Hoarders during limited-time Holiday Events.
