Unity Movement is a bounty featured in Tom Clancy's The Division 2. This bounty, which is part of both the Hornet Manhunt and the Termite Investigation.
The bounty features a group of Outcasts being led by a named Controller archetype. This Controller (named The Phantom) is specially equipped with both Incendiary Grenades, but also the ability to throw multiple in quick succession.
