The Division wikia is expanding quite a bit. Quite as much since the updates coming out. However, there are still things that could see improvement. I would like to address this out in this blog post. If people are willing to assist, then it would help making this Wikia a better site.
Current Status[]
Right now, I'm currently busy with school work. I might have time on weekends to be in game and obtain more information, but this is a little optimistic.
New Topic: Spritesheets[]
Recently on Reddit , a user has extracted spritesheets of various icons that are used in the game. These include Gearsets, Enemy archtypes, and weapon icons. I will be attempt to use these items for the wikia, but that would take time to create templates.
Weapons[]
Currently we have almost 70 pages on the weapons category. But some of these are duplicates of already existing articles. With the addition of 14 weapon variants and 4 Named High Ends in Update 1.5, we would need to:
- Create the pages
- Add in pictures (Including variants)
- Add in information on performance and/or trivia.
Duplicate articles would need to merged or deleted, but this would need Admin assistance.
What we need to decide on:[]
Weapons could either:
- Be one big article on a weapon with details on variants (G36)
- Be multiple articles of each variant of the weapon (SOCOM M1A)
We should try not to have both choices. The majority of the articles are option 1, but there are some option 2. Which one should we do?
Refer to this table for weapon variants[]

Quotes[]
Tabbers[]
On the Last Man Battalion page, I placed the quotes of enemies into tabbers. While efficient for page length, it is rather tedious to do this in source mode. There is also the fact that enemy audio is not extracted for us to analyzed outside of the game.
I'm asking if the tabber should be used for the quotes. If yes, I would edit the other fraction pages to accommodate this. If not, then I would revert it back to how it was before.
How you can help:[]
I primarily focused on the LMB quotes, as they are the most common enemy to face at the end-game (plus they are pretty cool to go against).
You can help out by hearing out for dialogue lines when fighting against the fractions. Do note that some are tied to one specific archetype. Take note when there are multiple types of enemies on the field. It can help you if you raise voices volume in the settings, and lowering the other sound effects.
HVTS[]
HVTs are something I do frequently, but trying to find a PUG to do the High-Risks can be a bit difficult.
If you can help out adding in HVTs into the tables, then it would greatly appreciated.
- NOTE: HVTs might appear different than their normal counterpart (Dixon is in a orange HAZMAT suit instead of the standard silver), and might uses different weapons or abilities (Kremlin for example uses a B.M. AK-74, Sticky Bomb, and First Aid).
